If you are an administrator of a large network, then you know how difficult it is to make sure that all the network computers are working properly and that the network infrastructure hasn't got any problems. The tools available on the market for this purpose are difficult to use and some of them don't offer all the features required by the average network administrator.

Fortunately, there are certain applications which manage to offer just the right balance between functionality, efficiency and ease of use. One such application is Network Stuff. As the name clearly suggests, this Windows program includes several network tools under the same interface, allowing you to perform almost any network task with ease.

The application doesn't need installing and it's enough to run the executable which is downloaded from the Internet. After launching the program, the user will notice the graphical and tabbed interface which makes it simple to select a desired tool. As such, the user can start a virtual network server, for testing connectivity with a certain machine. Besides that, one can scan the entire network for connected computers and devices, using various settings.

Besides scanning for computers and setting up servers, Network Stuff can also display network statistics in real time, allowing you to view the current network speed and also the number of received and sent packages. By viewing this information, one will be able to spot any possible network errors. Another useful tool included in Network Stuff is the possibility of turning on computers remotely, by using the Wake on LAN feature, which is supported by most machines.

Pros

It allows you to perform various network tasks using a graphical and intuitive interface. Besides that, the user can scan the entire network for active computers and devices. What's more, he can view the network speed and number of sent and received packets in real time.

Cons

Some tools included in the application can only be used successfully by experienced computer users. Using Network Stuff, you will be able to easily monitor your network and perform various network tasks with just a couple of mouse clicks.
